    Featured Long-Stay Option: BTS Apartments

    Officially open starting December 15th, the BTS (Behind the Sign) Apartments will feature fully furnished Studio, Premium Studio, and 2-Bedroom units. Each unit will be designed for thoughtful modern living, blending comfort and functionality in a stylish mountain setting – less than 1km from Lawson convenience store and Happo-One Resort. Monthly rates for each unit are as follows, with a minimum stay of 28 days:

    STUDIO (26sqm) PREMIUM STUDIO (36sqm) TWO-BEDROOM (64sqm)
    Apr – Nov ¥150,000 ¥210,000 ¥300,000
    Dec – Mar ¥360,000 ¥504,000 ¥720,000
    Annual (per month) ¥200,000 ¥250,000 ¥350,000
    Apr-Nov rates apply to annual rental contracts (minimum one year).

    • Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water)
    • High-speed Internet
    • Insurance (fire, earthquake)
    • Arrival & Departure Cleaning
    • Parking (one spot per unit)
    • Storage for ski & snowboard gear (winter)
    • Bicycle parking (green season)
    • Enrollment in Live Up membership (10% off at all HHG F&B outlets)
