Tottusan is a popular Hakuba Ramen restaurant open year round in Hakuba. Tottsuan is located on Route 148, only a short walk from Hakuba Train Station. They serve a range of ramen styles and our favorite is the Spicy Sesame Miso Ramen which can be seen in the feature image.
