Kihachi Izakaya has been in business in Hakuba for over 35 years and sources all of their ingredients from local supplies in Nagano, Niigata, and Itoigawa. The restaurant is small and cozy and an authentic Japanese family run Izakaya experience. Kihachi has over 20 types of Sake available in addition to wide range of Izakaya classics.
