THE HAPPO by Hakuba Hotel Group is the newest entrant to the Hakuba hotel scene. Formerly known as The Hakuba Springs Hotel, THE HAPPO opened in December 2021 after a $3 million renovation. THE HAPPO is located in the heart of Happo Village only a few hundred meters from the Happo One slopes and is the most modern and elevated hotel in The Hakuba Valley.
The Wadano Gateway Hotel combines the comfort of self-contained apartments with the service of a modern hotel. The Marillen Hotel is Hakuba’s Premiere ski-in, ski-out hotel, located on Happo One’s Nakiyama Slope. Run by German/Japanese couple, Bernd & Naoko, The Marillen is the closest you can get to the Austrian Alps in Japan.
