Hakuba Snowshoe Tours
Snowshoe Tours are a great way to experience the peaceful wildness of the Japanese Alps. The Hakuba area has endless trails on mountain ridges or through old forests and shrines, with truly some of the best alpine views in all of Japan.
What to Bring
- Winter clothing for all conditions
- Warm hat
- Sunglasses or goggles
- Gloves
- A backpack, water and sunscreen
- You own boots if you prefer
- Winter gear may be requested for rental at time of booking
Meeting Location
The Hakuba Goryu Escalplaza
A lift ticket is not included in the price of the tour. Prices include snow shoes and stock rentals.

Morning tours run from 9:30 am until 11:30 am and afternoon tours run from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm.
