Happo Rice Planting Tour (Sake Brewing Project)

Become a part of Hakuba’s local traditions with the "Sake Brewing Project" Rice Planting Tour! This unique community initiative, which began in 2017, invites you to help plant the special Sankei Nishiki sake rice used to create the famous local brew, "Hakuba Happo Kurobishi." Located in the scenic Nodaira area, you'll plant rice by hand while enjoying one of the most spectacular views of the Northern Alps. After the hard work is done, participants celebrate with a traditional barbecue, local sake tasting, and a relaxing footbath featuring Hakuba Happo Onsen water. It’s a perfect family-friendly day that connects you directly to the land and the local culture.

「日本酒造りプロジェクト」の田植えツアーに参加して、白馬の伝統の一部になりませんか？2017年に始まったこの地域プロジェクトでは、地酒「白馬八方 黒菱」の原料となる酒米「山恵錦（さんけいにしき）」の田植えを体験できます。絶景スポットとして知られる野平地区で、北アルプスの山々を背景に手作業での田植えを楽しみましょう。作業の後には、恒例のバーベキューや地酒の試飲、そして白馬八方温泉の湯を使った足湯で疲れを癒やす特別な時間が待っています。白馬の自然と文化を肌で感じられる、ご家族連れにもぴったりのイベントです！
